Soles United is the first-of-its-kind recycled footwear donation program.
Give back your worn-out crocs shoes to be recycled into new shoes and they will be donated to people in need around the world. By taking the pledge you can help make a difference in the lives of people in impoverished regions of the world.

Soon, 10,000 pairs of shoes will be distributed throughout Haiti by Melky Jean to YéleHaiti, Wyclef’s foundation.
The goal is to donate more than 2 million pairs of recycled Crocs shoes Worldwide to those in need, during the year 2008.
Wow, I can’t believe there is only one more week until my daughter starts Kindergarten! I just got her papers home from School about the teacher line up and her first class trip is already scheduled for October! She is officially a Kindergartener on September 4th….YIKES!
And, at the same time YIPPEE!! . I mean - I am really looking forward to getting focused again on business I’ve managed to keep up a pretty decent work load, and complete a couple major projects this summer and still keep up with a 5 year old, making sure she has everything she needs. I’ve worked plenty of late nights, and have gotten up before sun rise so I can complete some jobs in order to spend as much time as I needed at play dates and day trips. I wouldn’t change spending the Summer with her for anything!

New from GAP! It never hurts to have an extra sweater around! This is from Gap’s Girls Spring Bloom collection. It’s Pink and White striped with a hood. Big buttons down the front. This one is a size 10 - last one in this size and color! I also have a Blue striped one in a size 6 that is slightly stained, but still new with tags and priced accordingly.
I love Disney Pajamas! I usually stock up for my daughter and have a big ‘ole lot for sale when she outgrows them. These, well – they didn’t get a chance to be worn and are brand new. I have several different styles in a size 6. As an added bonus, I’m even offering free U.S shipping on the winter Characters.

You know I’m sitting here catching up on email and I can’t help but find myself gazing out the window that is in front of my desk from time to time. It’s a gorgeous sunny day, and I am ready for a vacation. I see the wind blowing the trees and big puffy clouds on the horizon…..I’m ready for a vacation! A while back I remember commenting on a blog post that had to do with loosing the fire to keep yourself motivated….now I drift over to another blog post about nightly bonfires and vacationing in a lakeside cabin….oh yeah, I’m ready!
I think it’s important to read the signs from your gut, and take a break when you need it. It’s a good idea to refuel and kindle the imagination from time to time right? Truth is, you’re probably not at the top of your game if you’re not fully into what you’re doing at the moment. So go ahead, take a few days off – enjoy the weather, be with the kids, enjoy life!
